How to use Google scholar search
1. What is google scholar?
Google Scala is a free scholarly search site presented by Google, a service specifically provided for researchers.
2. How to use.
2-1. enter the google scholar site.
You can enter by search(Click) or chrome extension(Click).
2-2. Enter the key word.
if you want to search "The effect of potato",
Write "effect" and "potato" in the search bar.
If you want various result, use google translator.
2-3. Use diverse searching skills.
- As the number of citations marked as cited by increases, it is recognized as a highly reliable document.
- You can search by time
- if you want to receive alert, you can set the alert to your email.(below of time set)
- You can make your customized document store.
3. Advanced search
If you don't get satisfactory results from the basic search above,
use Advanced Search technology.
- Enter a longer and more detailed keyword than the existing keyword to get detailed results.
- You can search for more detailed collected data by selecting a specific author or time period.
- If you get a search result and you need more collected data, click related article. For these related articles, you can view other articles or articles by the same author, or articles and data collected by other authors with similar titles.
- For information not directly provided by Google Scala, click All versions at the bottom of the paper to view other versions of other papers.
- To find out the reliability and impact of the manuscript, refer to cited by. This number of citations is the number of matches for articles posted on Google and is not an absolute number.
